When it comes to repairing the vehicle properly we like to use the 3 C’s, the Concern (what the customer states what is wrong with vehicle, we will duplicate the concern), the Cause (what we found to be the issue), and the Correction (what we did to fix and verify the repair to make sure that issue does not return). Using this concept helps us make the correct repairs needed to fix your issues properly the first time. We work on all makes and models, and everything in between the front and rear bumpers. Josh the owner has years of professional experience to make sure your vehicle is operating at peak performance. He is also a well rounded technician that will fix it right the first time. At a young age josh would take toys apart just to take apart and put back together. Josh graduated universal technical institute in 2012 and had a job in the automotive industry as a lube tech before graduating. After completing school he went on to work at a Crysler dealership as an apprentice(underneath the shop foreman who was in the same shop for 30 years)where he quickly became a line tech performing repairs the other mechanics in the shop did not want to do. After leaving the Chrysler dealership he went on to work at an independent shop where he was able to grasp all manufactures in the automotive industry. He than was able to open a successful mobile repair business where he able to use everything he learned from the dealership to the independent shop. Fast forward to 2025 he now has brought his knowledge and experience to the lake Havasu community.
